Success Story

In July 2017, the French hyperscale cloud provider OVH opened a datacenter in the Hessian Limburg. HTAI supported the company during the entire process together with GTAI, Mittelhessen’s Regional Management and the local development office by providing advice about site issues and expert information.

Owing to the investor’s own market development dynamics, the fulfillment of three sustainable performance factors was required: performance, security, and reliability. The team of experts that was convened for this purpose was able to guarantee all of them. OVH decided in favor of the Limburg site in September 2016.

The datacenter opened its doors the following year – with an investment volume of 8 million euros and 20 new jobs. The first expansion investment took place in 2018.
